Let the hunt begin! Please join the City of Monterey Park on Thursday, April 17, 2025 for their Spring Egg Hunt. The Recreation & Community Services Department invites you and your family to Barnes Park to search for eggs. Over 20,000 eggs will be scattered throughout the field for kids to find! Attendees will also be able to enjoy free carnival games and a special appearance from Peter Rabbit.

All participants must have a wristband to join their designated age group egg hunt. WRISTBANDS ARE FREE. All participants are encouraged to to pre-register and pick up their wristbands prior to the event to avoid lines. Day-of registration will be available for a limited amount of wristbands.

Please ensure that you attend the egg hunt that corresponds to the wristband’s age group. Wristbands are color-coded and specific to the following age groups: 

4-6 years @ 5:00 PM – [Click here for 4-6 years]
