Dear AUSD Parents, Students, and Staff,

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time. Based on guidance we have received from California State Governor Gavin Newsom, State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Thurmond, Los Angeles County Office of Education Superintendent Dr. Debra Durado, and other local government representatives, Alhambra Unified has made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel senior activities for the 2019-2020 school year. Please take a moment to review the information below.

UPDATE OF ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS & TESTING

Please note the following information on the status of activities as a result of school closure through the end of the 2019-2020 school year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Updates will be provided as additional information is available.

Grad Nite	4/17/20	Cancelled	Refunds will be processed and sent to the address we have in PowerSchool. Please email [email protected] if your address on Powerschool needs to be updated. If you do not receive the refund check(s) by June 15, 2020, contact Nancy Hernandez at (626) 943-6530.
Graduation	4/17/20	Traditional graduation ceremony at ELAC is cancelled.	AUSD is in the process of exploring an alternative graduation format - TBD
Prom	4/17/20	Cancelled	No refund necessary.
AP Testing	4/17/20	Change in format and setting	AP Exams will take place this Spring. Students will take a 45-minute online free-response exam at home. Click Here for full exam schedule, specific free-response question types that will be on each AP Exam, and additional testing details.
