Parent Nomination

The School Site Council (SSC) is looking for an additional volunteer member (1 parent). We are responsible for the development and approval of the school plan and all proposed expenditures, the educational process, and issues pertaining to school site development.

SSC plays a pivotal role in analyzing and evaluating the academic achievement of all students at MKHS and partner with our administration team to make commendations for school-wide improvement. Should you elect to become a member, your involvement in this committee will have a positive impact on the overall effectiveness of our school programs.

On the 5th of August, ASB will be hosting a rally to introduce you to the school as well as provide a campus tour. You’ll be able to watch various MKHS performances and prepare for the upcoming school year!
The rally will be held at the Aztec football field at 5:16 PM, be sure to show your ID or PowerSchool for entry. Masks are required to access campus. Please note that this is a student only event. Hope to see you there!

We will be distributing graduation reader cards, any missing cap, gown, or tassel. Please return all instructional supplies (books, laptops/Chromebooks). If you need to keep the laptop/Chromebook to continue your school assignments, you may and we will schedule a different return date for you to return the laptop/Chromebook.
